Edinburgh Quay is prominently situated on Fountainbridge on the southern edge of the Exchange District, home to many leading financial and legal practices. The location is extremely convenient for access to both the city centre and main arterial routes outwith the city. Public transport connections are excellent with main bus routes on Lothian Road and West Maitland Street and Haymarket railway station less than 10 minutes walk away.
